Robin Wins Low Net Award at Finals

The Greater Knoxville Chapter wants to say CONGRATULATIONS to Robin Banner for winning the Low Net Award in the Championship Flight at the EWGA Championship Finals. There were 205 competitors at the Finals held on September 25 and 26 at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The competition was tough but Robin played very well and won with a Low Net score of 143. This is Robin’s second consecutive year to win Low Net in the Championship Flight so she has certainly represented our Chapter well in competition. Way to go!

Pat Ayres from the Port St. Lucie-Treasure Coast Chapter one the Low Gross Award in the Championship Flight with a 144 two-day total. Other winners of interest were Emily Pearce of Middle Tennessee Chapter with a Third Place Low Gross total of164 in Championship Flight, Marceia Cox of Memphis Tennessee Chapter with a First Place Low Gross total of 171 in the First Flight, and the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee Chapter team of Angie Peters, Sador Black, Marilyn Martin, and Jan Compton winning 1st Place in the Scramble Division with a score of 131.
