Completing this online registration form or call our hotline at 865-675-1333 and leave your reservation on the voicemail, along with your information and the number attending.

Send your payment. You may send your $10 registration fee to EWGA by US Mail or you can bring your check to the event and pay at the check-in table. Detailed payment instructions are provided after you submit this registration form.
NOTE: Because leagues fill up quickly, your spot is not officially reserved until we receive your $10 registration fee.
